- 以八年生“鸭梨”“新梨7号”为试材,采用萘乙酸(NAA)、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、乙烯利(ETH)等化学疏果剂组合的方法,设计不同的化学疏果剂处理组合,于“鸭梨”“新梨7号”花后不同时期进行喷施,研究了不同种类和浓度的化学疏果剂对梨坐果率及果实品质的影响,以期为梨的花果管理提供参考依据。结果表明:“鸭梨”盛花后7、14 d喷施400 mg·L-1乙烯利(ETH)+100 mg·L-1 6-BA对处理效果最好,花序坐果率分别为40.52%、47.32%,与人工疏除的46.65%较为接近;而“新梨7号”喷施600 mg·L-1乙烯利(ETH)+10 mg·L-1 NAA 处理效果最好,花序坐果率分别为32.33%、35.30%,与人工疏除的35.38%较为接近;且2种试剂处理后的果实品质与人工疏除无明显差异。
- Abstract:
- Taking eight-year-old ‘Yali’ and ‘Xinli 7’ were used as the test materials,the combination of chemical reagents such as NAA,6-BA and ETH was used to design different chemical reagent treatment combinations.The ‘Yali’ and ‘Xinli 7’ were sprayed at different times after flowering,and the effects of different types and concentrations of chemical fruit thinning agents on the fruit setting rate and fruit quality of pears were studied,in order to provide reference for pear fruit management.The results showed that the best treatment effect was achieved by spraying 400 mg·L-1 ETH+100 mg·L-1 6-BA 7 days and 14 days after ‘Yali’ bloomed,with inflorescence fruit setting rates of 40.52% and 47.32% respectively,which were close to the 46.65% of manual thinning;while ‘Xinli 7’ was sprayed with 600 mg·L-1 ETH+10 mg·L-1 NAA.The treatment had the best effect,with inflorescence fruit setting rates of 32.33% and 35.30% respectively,which were close to 35.38% after manual thinning;and there was no significant difference in fruit quality after treatment with the two reagents and manual thinning.
