- 以不同类型杜鹃花品种为试材,采用田间调查法、相关性分析、系统聚类分析以及主成分分析综合评价不同杜鹃花品种对杜鹃冠网蝽的抗虫性差异,以期为杜鹃花抗虫品种的选育提参考依据。结果表明:不同杜鹃花品种对杜鹃冠网蝽(Stephanitis pyriodes)的抗虫性存在显著差异,杜鹃花抗虫性与虫害指数、叶片受害率、虫口数、叶绿素变化量负相关;而与栅栏组织厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织比值、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量正相关。基于综合评价数据进行聚类分析,将供试材料分为5类,映山红、‘琉球红’和‘喜鹊登枝’为高抗品种;‘小青莲’‘兰花雨’‘紫萼’‘杨贵妃’‘康乃馨’为中抗品种;‘明朝’‘紫蝴蝶’‘王妃’‘红樱桃’‘沙浪’‘纺绸’‘立山之舞’‘御代之荣’‘天章’为低抗品种;‘白印’‘红苹果’‘粉白大叶’‘埃尔西李’为低感品种;‘红珍珠’‘凤冠’‘粉红泡泡’‘胭脂蜜’‘晚霞’为高感品种。
- Abstract:
- Rhododendron germplasm was used as the experimental material.Under natural conditions,employing correlation analysis,systematic cluster analysis,and principal component analysis,the variations in insect resistance among different Rhododendron to Stephanitis pyriodes Scott were comprehensively assessed,in order to provide reference for breeding insect-resistant Rhododendron germplasms.The results showed that a negative correlation among insect resistance pest index,leaf damage rate,insect quantity,and chlorophyll changes.Conversely,positive correlations were observed with the thickness of palisade tissue,the ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue,as well as the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein.Based on the comprehensive evaluation data,the tested materials were categorized into five groups,Rhododendron simsii,Rhododendron ‘Xiquedengzhi’,and Rhododendron ‘Liuqiuhong’ were designated as high resistance types.Rhododendron ‘Xiaoqinglian’,Rhododendron ‘Lanhuayu’,Rhododendron ‘Zi′e’,Rhododendron ‘Yangguifei’,and Rhododendron ‘Kangnaixin’ were designated as medium resistance types.Rhododendron ‘Mingzhao’,Rhododendron ‘Zihudie’,Rhododendron ‘Wangfei’,Rhododendron ‘Hongyingtao’,Rhododendron ‘Shalang’,Rhododendron ‘Fangchou’,Rhododendron ‘Lishanzhiwu’,Rhododendron ‘Yudaizhirong’,and Rhododendron ‘Tianzhang’ were designated as low resistance types.Rhododendron ‘Baiying’,Rhododendron ‘Hongpingguo’,Rhododendron ‘Fengbaidaye’,and Rhododendron ‘Aierxili’ were designated as low susceptibility types.Rhododendron ‘Hongzhengzhu’,Rhododendron ‘Fengguan’,Rhododendron ‘Fenhongpaopao’ Rhododendron ‘Yanzhimi’ and Rhododendron ‘Wanxia’,were designated as high susceptibility types.
