- 发展黑木耳产业对于促进地方县域经济增长、实现贫困地区脱贫攻坚具有重要的现实意义。通过对当前我国黑木耳产业发展的主要特征进行全面阐述,深刻剖析了推进黑木耳产业绿色高质量发展过程中存在的主要问题。“十三五”时期以来,我国黑木耳生产规模总体保持相对平稳,网络营销也为产业发展赋予了新动能,但受新冠肺炎疫情影响导致出口贸易下滑明显。当前我国黑木耳产业还存在着全产业链条发展不完善、全程机械化装备水平不高、全方位品牌化建设强度不够、资源与环境约束加剧等突出问题。最后,从加快“三链”协同发展、提高全程机械化水平、注重产品品牌建设、加强资源节约与环境保护等方面提出推动我国黑木耳产业高质量发展的政策建议。
- Abstract:
- The development of Auricularia heimuer industry has important practical significance for promoting local county economic growth,and achieving poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas.Through a comprehensive exposition of the main characteristics of the current development of the Auricularia heimuer industry in China,the main problems in promoting the green and high-quality development of the Auricularia heimuer industry are deeply analyzed.Since the ‘13th Five Year Plan’ period,the production scale of Auricularia heimuer in China has remained relatively stable on the whole,and online marketing has given new impetus to industrial development,but the impact of the COVID-19 has led to a significant decline in export trade.At the same time,China′s Auricularia heimuer industry still has outstanding problems such as the imperfect development of the whole industrial chain,the low level of the whole process mechanization equipment,the insufficient strength of the all-round brand construction,and the intensification of resource and environmental constraints.Finally,the study put forward suggestions to promote the high-quality development of China′s Auricularia heimuer industry from accelerating the coordinated development of the ‘three chains’,improving the level of full process mechanization,paying attention to product brand construction,and strengthening resource conservation and environmental protection.
