- 鸡腿菇作为一种营养价值丰富的珍稀食药用菌,市场潜力巨大。针对北疆地区冬季漫长、气温转暖后波动较大的特点,系统总结了鸡腿菇在北疆设施大棚的栽培技术,重点从栽培季节、设施大棚改造、培养料配方、栽培方式、病虫害防治、采收标准及采后管理等方面进行阐述,将为北疆地区鸡腿菇产业快速发展提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Coprinus comatus,as a rare edible and medicinal fungus with rich nutritional value,has a huge market potential.The cultivation techniques of Coprinus comatus in facilities greenhouses in Northern Xinjiang were systematically summarized according to the characteristics of long winter in Northern Xinjiang and large temperature fluctuation after warming.This study focused on the cultivation season,facility greenhouse transformation,culture material formula,cultivation mode,pest control,harvesting standards and post harvest management,which would provide reference for the development of Coprinus comatus industry in Northern Xinjiang.
