- 以平菇“灰美二号”为试材,采用不同用量的杨木屑与玉米秸秆为主料配制7个基质配方(T1~T7),以杂木屑配方为对照(CK),研究了不同配方对平菇菌丝体子实体生长、营养价值、生物学转化率及产量的影响,以期为筛选适合平菇栽培的杨木屑与玉米秸秆培养基质配方提供参考依据。结果表明:杨木屑和玉米秸秆为主料的栽培基质中平菇菌丝均能生长,但较高的杨木屑或玉米秸秆比例处理下菌丝长势、活力及子实体农艺生长性状均较差。氨基酸组分中,人体必需氨基酸(EAA)、人体非必需氨基酸(NEAA)及总氨基酸含量均整体呈T7<T1<T2、T5<T6<T4<T3<CK;在鲜味氨基酸、甜味氨基酸、药用氨基酸、EAA/NEAA、EAA质量分数及营养品质参数(粗多糖、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、膳食纤维)中CK与T3处理含量相当。与CK相比,T3处理产量提高4.21%,生物学效率显著提高4.31%。综上,T3处理(杨木屑30%+玉米秸秆53%+麦麸10%+黄豆粉2%+玉米粉3%+石灰1%+石膏1%)效果最佳,可作为替代杂木屑的培养基质配方。
- Abstract:
- Taking Pleurotus ostreatus ‘Huimei No.2’ as the test material,seven matrix formulas (T1-T7) were prepared using different amounts of poplar sawdust and corn straw as the main materials,and the mixed sawdust formula was used as the control (CK).The effects of different formulas on the growth,nutritional value,biological conversion rate,and yield of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium fruiting bodies were studied,in order to provide reference for selecting suitable poplar sawdust and corn straw culture matrix formulas for Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation.The results showed that the mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus could grow in the cultivation substrates with poplar tree sawdust and corn straw as the main materials,but the mycelial growth,vitality and fruiting body agronomic growth traits were poor under higher proportion of poplar tree sawdust or corn straw.Among kinds of the amino acid components,the contents of essential amino acids (EAA),non-essential amino acids (NEAA) and total amino acids were T7
