- 基于2010—2020年河北省11个地区的面板数据,采用DEA模型与Tobit模型研究其设施农业生产效率、时空特征探析以及对其影响因素进行分析。结果表明:河北省设施农业生产效率在一定程度受环境因素的干扰,其生产效率均值为0.66,整体水平较低且区域差异性明显,就时间特征来看,整体呈现“上升-下降-上升”的趋势,就空间特征来看,则呈现出了南高北低的特征;不同效率水平的地区影响因素不同,高、中、低水平地区共同依赖于区域经济发展水平和自然环境要素,此外高水平地区还依赖于土地要素,低水平地区还依赖于灌溉条件。因此,为进一步提升河北省设施农业生产水平,河北省应建立因地制宜式、设备提档式、资源优化式发展机制。
- Abstract:
- Based on the panel data of 11 districts in Hebei Province from 2010 to 2020,this study adopted the DEA model and Tobit model to study the production efficiency of facility agriculture,explore the spatial and temporal characteristics,and analyzed its influencing factors.The results showed that the production efficiency of facility agriculture in Hebei Province was disturbed by environmental factors to a certain extent,and the average value of its production efficiency was 0.66,the overall level was low and the regional differences were obvious,in terms of temporal characteristics,the overall trend of ‘rising-declining-rising’ was shown,and in terms of spatial characteristics,the characteristics of high in the south and low in the north were shown.The influencing factors of different efficiency levels were different,and the high,medium and low level areas depended on the regional economic development level and the natural environment factors,in addition,the high level areas also depended on the land factors,and the low level areas also depended on the irrigation conditions.Therefore,in order to further enhance the level of facility-based agricultural production in Hebei Province,a development mechanism should be established in Hebei Province that is tailored to local conditions,upgraded in equipment and optimized in resources.
