- 以江西省内30个代表性花木企业为试材,采用实地调研法与问卷法,研究了企业规模、经营状况、生产品种、研发水平与人才建设等方面,以期推进江西省花卉产业的高质量发展。结果表明:1)江西省的花木企业已初具规模,并在增强地方的经济活力、增加财政税收、创造就业和维护社会稳定等方面发挥着重要作用,但仍存在“规模小、增利少、特色突显度不够、营销平台与团队建设滞后,产品的自主研发动力不足”等问题。2)花木企业急缺的共性关键技术主要在“设施化栽培、新品种选育、高标准生产、电商平台与自媒体、地方特色花卉资源的挖掘”5个方面。基于此,提出了“加强政策领航与信息平台建设,强化行业协会督导与产品质量监管,以江西省花卉产业体系为纽带,加快花卉种业创新和校企与科研院所的协同技术攻关,引导高标准生产示范,打通产业技术服务最后一公里,促进江西省花卉产业长足发展”的建议。
- Abstract:
- Thirty representative flower and tree enterprises in Jiangxi Province were used as test materials,and the field research method and questionnaire method were used to study the scale of the enterprises,the business situation,the production varieties,the level of research and development and the construction of talents,in order to promote the high-quality development of the flower industry in Jiangxi Province.The results showed that,1) the flower and tree enterprises in Jiangxi Province had begun to take shape and play an important role in strengthening local economic vitality,increasing fiscal revenue,creating employment and maintaining social stability,but there were still problems such as ‘small scale,less profit increase,insufficient feature prominence,lagging behind in the construction of marketing platforms and teams,and insufficient motivation for independent product research and development’.2) The common key technologies urgently needed by flower and tree enterprises were mainly in five aspects,‘facility cultivation,new variety breeding,high standard production,ecommerce platform and we media,and the excavation of local characteristic flower resources’.Based on this,the proposal of ‘strengthening policy guidance and information platform construction,strengthening industry association supervision and product quality supervision,taking the provincial flower industry system as the link,speeding up flower seed industry innovation and collaborative technology breakthrough between schools,enterprises and research institutes,guiding high standard production demonstration,opening the last mile of industrial technology services,and promoting the rapid development of flower industry in Jiangxi Province’ was put forward.
