红花草莓“粉佳人”与白花草莓“红颜”杂交后代花及果实品质分析

- 以红花草莓品种“粉佳人”和白花草莓品种“红颜”为试材,开展了正反交杂交试验,并分析了杂交后代的形态学性状和果实品质,选育出观赏价值和果实品质好的红花草莓,以期为红花草莓杂交育种提供参考依据。结果表明:“红颜×粉佳人”和“粉佳人×红颜”的杂交结实率分别为26.70%和3.30%,种子萌发率分别为25.70%和0%。“红颜×粉佳人”杂交后代花色出现了白色、浅粉色、粉色、深粉色4种颜色。杂交后代株高、叶长、叶宽、花瓣数均高于低亲亲本。形态学性状中变异幅度最小的是花冠径,变异系数为11.82%。果实品质中维生素C含量的变异最小,变异系数仅为7.50%;变异幅度最大的是单果质量,变异系数达50.70%。杂交后代‘PB6’‘PB85’花深粉色、果红色,具浓香味,单果质量均在17.0 g以上,具有较高利用价值。
- Abstract:
- The red flowered cultivar ‘Pink Beauty’ and big fruit whitEflowered cultivar ‘Benihoppe’ in strawberry were used as test materials,reciprocal crosses were carried,selecting new red flowered strawberry with good fruit quality,the morphology and fruit characteristics of offspring were investigated,in order to provide reference for the cross breeding of redflowered strawberry.The results showed that the rates of fruitsetting of ‘Benihoppe × Pink Beauty’ and ‘Pink Beauty × Benihoppe’ were 2670% and 330%,respectively,while the rates of seed germination were 2570% and 0%,respectively.The flower color appeared white,light pink,pink and deep pink in the hybrids.The plant height,leaf length,leaf width and petal number of hybrids were higher than those of lowparent.Among morphological traits,the flower diameter exhibited smallest variation,the variance coefficient was 1182%.The smallest and biggest variation in fruit quality were vitamin C and single fruit weight,respectively,the variance coefficient was 750% and 5070%,respectively.The hybrids ‘PB6’ and ‘PB85’ showed deep pink flowers,red fruits,strong fragrance,and big fruit (fruit weight over 1700 g),which had great utilization value.
