- 以金盏菊幼苗为试材,采用盆栽方法,研究不同浓度(5、10、15、20 mmol?L-1)CaCl2对100 mmol?L-1 NaCl胁迫下金盏菊幼苗叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、脯氨酸(Pro)含量变化和叶片膜透性等生理指标的影响,以期探究钙(Ca)对金盏菊幼苗耐盐性的缓解效应。结果表明:用不同浓度CaCl2处理金盏菊,其中对幼苗生长缓解效果最好的是施加10 mmol?L-1 CaCl2溶液的T2组,叶绿素含量增加了13.43%,MDA含量下降了34.72%,POD活性增加了42.69%,Pro含量降低了28.37%,相对电导率降低了30.20%。综上所述,钙可明显缓解盐胁迫给金盏菊幼苗生长带来的不良影响,以10 mmol?L-1 CaCl2溶液处理效果最好。

- Abstract:The Calendula officinalis seedlings were used as experimental materials with the potting experiment.The effects of calcium chloride (CaCl2) with different concentrations (5,10,15, 20 mmol?L-1) on the changes of chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde (MDA) content,peroxidase (POD) activity,proline (Pro) content and leaf membrane permeability in pot seedlings of Calendula officinalis seedlings under 100 mmol?L-1 sodium chloride (NaCl) stress were studied,in order to explore the mitigation effects of calcium on the salt tolerance of Calendula officinalis seedlings.The results showed that the treatment T2 with 10 mmol?L-1 CaCl2 solution had the best alleviating effect on Calendula officinalis seedlings growth.The chlorophyll content increased by 13.43%,MDA content decreased by 34.72%,and POD activity increased by 42.69%.Pro content and relative conductivity decreased by 28.37% and 30.20% respectively.In conclusion,calcium can obviously alleviate the adverse effects of salt stress on the growth of Calendula officinalis seedlings,and 10 mmol?L-1 of CaCl2 solution had the best effect.
