- 以4个不同品系仙客来为试材,采用细胞生物学与光合生理参数结合的方法,研究了不同品系仙客来的光合参数与各品系生物学性状、气孔特性和叶片解剖结构的影响,并对叶片显微结构、生物学性状与光合参数进行了相关性分析,以期探讨不同品系仙客来生物学性状与光合特性的关系。结果表明:‘XW-21’光合饱和点高于其它3个品系,在相同叶面积下气孔密度及气孔宽度也存在差异,‘FS-35’密度最大,为38个?cm-2;‘XW-21’气孔宽度最大为9.4 μm,叶片显微结构中‘XW-21’栅栏组织厚度显著(P<0.05)高于‘FS-25’,高出4.23%,而海绵组织厚度较后者仅高出1.7%;叶片显微结构与光合作用的相关性分析表明Pn与上表皮厚度、叶厚、栅栏组织、海绵组织均呈显著正相关作用。

- Four different strains of Cyclamen were used as experimental materials,the effects of light and parameters of different strains of Cyclamen on biological characters,stomatal characteristics and leaf anatomical structure were studied by combining cell biology with photosynthetic physiological parameters,and the correlation analysis of leaf microstructure,biological characters and photosynthetic parameters was carried out,in order to explore the relationship between biological characters and photosynthetic characteristics of different strains of Cyclamen.The results showed that the photosynthetic saturation point of ‘XW-21’ was higher than that of the other three strains,and there were differences in stomatal density and stomatal width under the same leaf area,among which ‘FS-35’ had the highest density of 38 pieces?cm-2.The maximum stomatal width of ‘XW-21’ was 9.4 μm,and the palisade tissue thickness of ‘XW-21’ was 4.23% higher than that of ‘FS-25’ (P<0.05),and the spongy tissue thickness was only 1.7% higher than that of the latter.Correlation analysis between leaf microstructure and photosynthesis showed that Pn was positively correlated with epidermal thickness,leaf thickness,palisade tissue and spongy tissue.
