- 以“国色天香”李为试材,采用1-甲基环丙烯熏蒸(1-MCP)结合PE袋包装处理的方法,研究了0.8 μL?L-1的1-MCP熏蒸结合0.02 mm PE袋包装于(0±05)℃对“国色天香”李贮藏品质的影响,以期为“国色天香”李贮藏保鲜提供参考依据。结果表明:1-MCP熏蒸结合PE袋包装处理有效延缓了李果实的硬度、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量降低;通过抑制多酚氧化酶活性的升高,维持总酚和类黄酮含量较高水平。此外,1-MCP熏蒸结合PE袋包装处理提高果实清除活性氧相关酶活力,减缓丙二醛和过氧化氢的积累,抑制超氧阴离子自由基生成速率的上升,能够在保证膜完整性的基础上减少细胞膜出现的损伤,从而延缓李果实衰老。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Guose Tianxiang’ plum as the experimental materials,and the method of 1-methylcyclopropene fumigation (1-MCP) combined with PE plastic packaging treatment were used,0.8μL?L-1 1-MCP fumigation combined with 0.02 mm PE plastic packaging at (0±0.5)℃ on the storage quality of ‘Guose Tianxiang’ plum were studied.The quality indicators,antioxidant enzyme activity,and reactive oxygen species related indicators were analyzed,in order to provide reference for the storage and preservation of ‘Guose Tianxiang’ plum.The results showed that compared with the untreated control,1-MCP fumigation combined with PE plastic packaging treatment significantly delayed the decrease of firmness,total soluble solids (TSS) and titratable acid (TA) content of plum fruit,and maintained a high level of total phenols and flavonoids to delay the browning of plum fruit by inhibiting the increase of polyphenoloxidase (PPO) activity.In addition,1-MCP fumigation combined with PE plastic packaging treatment could efficiently improve the antioxidant capacity of plum fruit,increase the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX),slow down the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2),and inhibit the formation rate of superoxide anion radical (O?2-),so as to delay the senescence of plum fruit.In conclusion,this study revealed the effects of 1-MCP fumigation combined with packaging PE plastic on the storage quality and antioxidant system of ‘Guose Tianxiang’plum from the point of view of storage quality,antioxidant substances and antioxidant enzyme activity.
