夜间补光时长和光强对空心菜生长的影响

- 以柳叶空心菜为试材,采用LED全光谱灯夜间补光的方法,研究了补光时长1 h?d-1(20:00—21:00)、4 h?d-1(20:00—24:00)、7 h?d-1(20:00—03:00)和光强3 000、7 000、11 000 lx对空心菜生长和产量的影响,以期为植物工厂夜间补光提供参考依据。结果表明:补光条件下空心菜的生长均优于不补光对照。补光时长1 h?d-1下空心菜各生长指标均随光照强度的增大而增长;补光时长4 h?d-1下空心菜的株高、茎粗、产量、干质量与光照强度呈正相关关系,而鲜质量、叶片数和叶面积在光强7 000 lx处出现单峰;补光时长7 h?d-1下各指标随光强的上升先升后降;光照强度3 000、7 000 lx时空心菜各生长指标随补光时长的增长而增加;光照强度11 000 lx时株高、茎粗和产量在4 h?d-1时达到最大值,鲜质量、干质量、叶片和叶面积在7 h?d-1下取得最大值。综合来看,夜间补光7 h?d-1和7 000 lx组合处理下较适宜空心菜的生长。
- Abstract:
- The filling duration of 1 h?d-1 (20:00—21:00),4 h?d-1 (20:00—24:00),7 h?d-1 (20:00—03:00) were studied by using LED full-spectrum light at night to fill light of water cabbage,and light intensity 3 000,7 000,11 000 lx on the growth and yield of water cabbage,in order to provide reference for plants to fill light at night.The results showed that the treatments under supplemental light conditions were better than the control.All growth indexes of water cabbage increased with the increasing of light intensity under the supplemental light duration of 1 h?d-1.Under 4 h?d-1 supplemental light duration,plant height,stem diameter,yield and dry weight of water cabbage were positively correlated with light intensity,while fresh weight,number of leaves and leaf area showed single peak at 7 000 lx light intensity.Under the photoperiod of 7 h?d-1,the indices firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of light intensity.The growth indexes of water cabbage increased with the increasing of the light intensity of 3 000 lx and 7 000 lx.At 11 000 lx light intensity,plant height,stem diameter and yield reached the maximum values at 4 h?d-1,while fresh weight,dry weight,leaf area and leaf area reached the maximum values at 7 h?d-1.In conclusion,the combined treatment of 7 h?d-1 and 7 000 lx at night was more suitable for the growth of water cabbage.
