- 食用菌是张掖市的特色优势产业之一。近年来，张掖市坚持“三元双向”循环生态农业发展路径，加大龙头培育、强化科技驱动，食用菌产业实现了快速发展。然而，规划政策不完善、菌种繁育能力不强、经营主体缺乏内生动力、精深加工能力不足等制约产业发展瓶颈依然存在。该研究认为加大扶持力度、解决融资难题，健全良繁体系、开发特色产品，强化科技创新、助力人才驱动，培植龙头企业、带动产业升级，推进全链建设、拓展市场空间，对推动张掖食用菌产业高质量发展具有重要的意义。
- Abstract:
- Edible fungus has been one of the characteristic advantage industries in Zhangye city.In recent years，Zhangye city has adhered to the development path of ‘Ternary bidirectional’circular ecological agriculture，increased the cultivation of leading enterprises and strengthened the drive of science and technology，and the edible fungus industry has achieved rapid development.However，there are still bottlenecks restricting the development of the industry，such as imperfect planning policy，weak ability of strain breeding，lack of endogenous power，insufficient intensive processing ability and so on.The study believed that it was of great significance to promote the high-quality development of the edible fungus industry in Zhangye by increasing support，solving financing problems，improving the traditional system，developing characteristic products，strengthening scientific and technological innovation，helping talents drive，cultivating leading enterprises，driving industrial upgrading，promoting the construction of the whole chain，and expanding market space.
