- 建设产业集群是增强区域产业竞争力的一项重要举措。基于熵权法和均权法,以河北省食用菌产业集群建设的10个项目市县为研究对象,构建了河北省食用菌产业集群发展水平评价指标体系,计算了各指标所占权重以及各市县的综合得分。结果表明:平泉市、遵化市、宽城县综合得分居于前3位,宁晋县、阜平县、涞源县综合得分排名在最后3位,单位面积产值、总产值、带动就业人数、经营主体数量、绿色有机产品认证面积5项指标所占权重较大,是影响产业集群发展水平的重要因素。分析各市县的分维度发展水平,表明10个市县的产业发展各具特色。
- Abstract:
- Constructing industrial clusters is an important method to improve the competitiveness of regional industrial.By employing the entropy weight method and average weight method,the evaluation framework of the development level of the edible fungus in Hebei Province was constructed,using 10 subject cities and counties of edible fungus industry cluster construction in Hebei Province as the research objects.The evaluation index system for the development level of edible fungus industrial cluster in Hebei Province was constructed.The weight of each indicator and the evaluation score of each city and county were also calculated.The results showed that Pingquan city,Zunhua city,and Kuancheng county were the top three in terms of evaluation scores,while Ningjin county,Fuping county,and Laiyuan county were the last three.The five indicators including the per unit area yield,gross product,number of corresponding created jobs,number of business entities,and certified organic producing area had larger weights,making them the main factors affecting the development level of industrial clusters.The development level of each county were analyzed from different perspectives.The results showed that the industrial development statuses of the 10 counties all had their own features.
