- 以11种在东北地区生产中广泛应用的甜瓜嫁接砧木为试材,采用综合评价的方法通过测定和分析砧木幼苗在低温(8 ℃)和常温(25 ℃/18 ℃)条件下的形态指标和生理指标的差异,研究了低温对甜瓜嫁接砧木幼苗的影响,以期为选取优良甜瓜嫁接用砧木提供参考依据。结果表明:低温处理对11种砧木幼苗的叶面积和根系干质量影响不显著,对其它形态指标均有不同程度的影响;低温处理后11个砧木品种的相对电导率、脯氨酸含量和蛋白质含量均显著高于对照。综合评价法结果显示“中原共荣”“圣砧一号”和“金根勇士”耐低温性强于其它品种,可以作为东北地区甜瓜嫁接候选砧木。
- Abstract:
- Eleven kinds of rootstocks which widely used on melon grafting in Northeast China were used as materials.The differences of morphological and physiological indices of rootstock seedlings at low temperature (8 ℃) and room temperature (25 ℃/18 ℃) were determined and analyzed by comprehensive evaluation method.the effects of low temperature on melon grafting rootstock seedlings were studied,in order to provide reference for selecting excellent rootstock for melon grafting.The results showed that there was no significant effect on leaf area and root dry weight of 11 rootstocks and other morphological indicators was influenced at different degrees under low temperature treatment. The relative conductivity,proline content and protein content of 11 rootstocks were significantly higher under low temperature treatment than control treatment. The results of the comprehensive evaluation method showed that ‘Zhong Yuan Gong Rong’’Sheng Zhen Yi Hao’ and ‘Jin Gen Yong Shi’ showed more outstanding resistant to low temperatures than other rootstocks and could be used as recommended rootstocks on melon grafting in Northeast China.
