南瓜砧木新品种‘思壮10号’的选育

- ‘思壮10号’是以小籽印度南瓜XB07-4-16-3-8-5(P73)为母本,以中国南瓜SD08-5-2-11-8-3-4(P63)为父本进行杂交配组,育成的印度南瓜×中国南瓜杂交一代砧木新品种。‘思壮10号’主根发达,吸肥力强,嫁接适期长。下胚轴不易徒长和空心。嫁接亲和力好,共生亲和性强,与‘早佳’等西瓜品种嫁接成活率达94%以上。‘思壮10号’耐低温性和耐高温性均较强,嫁接‘早佳’西瓜长势强于自根苗。第一批西瓜开花至采收,春季持续35~38 d,夏秋季持续25~27 d。适合浙江周边相似生态区设施栽培。该品种耐湿性稍弱,不适宜种植于多雨地区、土壤水分较高的地块和露地栽培。
- Abstract:
- ‘Sizhuang 10’ is a new pumpkin rootstock varietie developed from little seed Cucurbita maxima inbred line ‘XB07-4-16-3-8-5’ (P73) × Cucurbita moschata inbred line ‘SD08-5-2-11-8-3-4’ (P63).It is characterized by developed main root,strong fertilizer absorption ability,and long grafting period.The hypocotyls of ‘Sizhuang 10’ are not elongated and hollow.The grafting compatability and symbiotic affinity with watermelon scion ‘Zaojia’ are excellent and the grafting survival rate is over 94%.Both low and high temperature resistance of ‘Sizhuang 10’ are strong.The growing of ‘Zaojia’ grafting seedlings is stronger than self-rooted seedlings.In spring the first harvest period of watermelon,from bloom to harvest,lasted 35-38 days,and 25-27 days for summer and autumn.‘Sizhuang 10’ is suitable for planted in greenhouse in Zhejiang and surounding similar ecological areas.The moisture resistance of this variety is not strong,so it is not suitable for rainy,high moisture soil and field culture.
