半夏种质遗传多样性鉴定与产量决定因素分析

- 以9个省市的35份半夏资源为试材,统计其表型指标,运用表型聚类分析及分子鉴定对其种质资源进行综合评价,研究其表型的主要差异及产量相关因素,将表型与分子聚类相结合,探究半夏种质遗传多样性及种群分类,以期为半夏种质鉴定、资源保护及良种选育提供参考依据。结果表明:表型性状考察中,中裂叶长/宽、单株增重率、单株增殖率等3个性状变异显著;决定半夏产量的2个最重要因素为单株增重率主要受叶大小、株高、叶柄粗等地上部分生长势的影响,单株增殖率主要受珠芽数量的影响;筛选出增殖率高及增重率高的优良种质;表型聚类结果及分子聚类结果具有一定相关性,但与地理分布相关性不大。
- Abstract:
- Thirty-five Pinellia ternata resources from nine provinces and cities were used as test materials,the genetic diversity and population classification of the germplasm were investigated by combining phenotypic and molecular clustering,in order to provide reference for P.ternata germplasm identification,resource conservation and seed selection.The results showed that the variation of three phenotypic traits,namely,leaf length-width ratio,weight gain rate and multiplication rate,was significant;the two most important factors in determining the yield of P.ternata were the weight gain rate was mainly influenced by the growth potential of above-ground parts such as leaf size,plant height and petiole thickness,and the multiplication rate was mainly influenced by the number of bead buds per plant.Selection of excellent germplasm with high multiplication rate and high weight gain rate.The results of phenotypic clustering and molecular clustering were correlated to a certain extent,but not much correlated with geographical distribution.
