银耳段木废料栽培香菇培养基料配方筛选试验

- 以香菇“申香215”为试材,采用不同添加量的银耳段木废料栽培的方法,研究不同配方对香菇菌丝生长及子实体性状、生物学效率和生产效益的影响,以期为利用银耳段木废料栽培香菇提供参考依据。结果表明:银耳段木废料能够部分替代阔叶树硬杂木栽培香菇。不同培养基料的配方对香菇菌丝生长影响较大,废料添加量在30%以内时,随着添加量的增加,菇型改善,生物学效率较对照无差异。综合分析比较,银耳段木废料30%、阔叶树硬杂木屑50%、麦麸17.8%、石膏1%、石灰1%、硫酸镁(MgSO4?7H2O)0.2%进行栽培时,香菇菌丝长势旺盛,长速快,菇型好,生物学效率高达77%,综合经济效益高。
- Abstract:
- Lentinal edodes ‘Shenxiang 215’ was used as test material,and the bed-log waste of Tremella fuciformis with different addition amount was used to study the influence of different formulas on mycelial growth,fruiting body traits,biological efficiency and production benefit of Lentinla edodes,in order to provide reference for cultivation of Lentinla edodes with bed-log waste of Tremella fuciformis.The results showed that bed-log waste of Tremella fuciformis could partially replace hard broadleaf sawdust to cultivate Lentinla edodes.Different medium formulations had great effects on the mycelial growth of Lentinla edodes.When the waste addition was less than 30%,the mushroom shape improved with the increase of waste addition,and the biological efficiency was not different from that of the control.Comprehensive analysis and comparison,30% of bed-log waste of Tremella fuciformis,50% of hard broadleaf sawdust,17.8% of bran,1% of gypsum,1% of lime,0.2% of MgSO4?7H2O for cultivation,Lentinla edodes mycelium growed strong,fast growth,good mushroom shape,biological efficiency was up to 77%,high comprehensive economic benefits.
