外源硫化氢对温度胁迫下草莓开花进程和生理特性的影响

- 以‘章姬’草莓为试材,通过外源喷施硫化氢(H2S)供体硫氢化钠(NaHS),研究了硫化氢对温度胁迫下草莓开花进程,花器官丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶活性和叶片叶绿素相对含量、叶绿素荧光特性的影响,以期为制定草莓温度伤害有效防御技术提供参考依据。结果表明:4 ℃低温显著抑制草莓花器官的开放,并对草莓的花器官造成伤害;35 ℃高温促进了草莓开花,缩短了花期,导致花药褐化干瘪;温度胁迫下,草莓花器官内MDA含量和抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性均显著提高,叶片叶绿素相对含量和最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fo)、实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)均显著降低。外源喷施H2S可通过提高温度胁迫下草莓叶绿素相对含量,提高光能利用率,维持光合作用,提高花器官抗氧化酶活性,降低花器官内MDA含量,减轻低温对花器官的伤害,延缓高温胁迫诱导的花器官提前开放,维持花药活性,从而提高草莓抗逆性。
- Abstract:
- The strawberry ‘Zhangji’ plants were used as test material.The effects of sodium hydrosulfide (H2S) on the flowering process,the malondialdehyde (MDA) content and antioxidant enzyme activities of flower,the chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence properties of leaf under temperature stress were investigated by spraying 200 μmol?L-1 sodium hydrosulphide (NaHS,H2S donor),in order to provide reference for the development of effective defense technology for strawberry temperature damage.The results showed that the low temperature of 4 ℃ significantly inhibited the opening of strawberry flower organs and caused damage to the flowers;the high temperature of 35 ℃ promoted the the opening of strawberry flower organs,shortened the flowering period,and caused the anthers to brown and shriveled.Under temperature stress,the MDA content and the activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD,POD and CAT) of flower organs were significantly increased;the chlorophyll content,maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm),potential photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fo),actual photochemical efficiency (ΦPSⅡ),and non-photochemical quenching coefficient (NPQ) of leaves were all significantly reduced.The exogenous hydrogen sulfide could improve the chlorophyll content,enhance the utilization rate of light energy,maintain photosynthesis,increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes and decrease the MDA content,alleviate the damage to flowers caused by low temperature delay the early opening of flowers caused by high temperature stress and maintained anther activity,thereby improving the stress resistance of strawberries.
