- 基于2014—2019年冀中南地区设施蔬菜投入产出面板数据,采用DEA-Malmquist模型研究该地区生产效率和全要素生产率。结果表明:河北省冀中南地区设施蔬菜生产属于高投入-高产出,生产效率低下,综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均无效,综合效率无效的主要原因是规模效率较低;全要素生产率呈负增长,主要原因是技术进步对其起负作用。因此建议不断调整生产规模、加快推行绿色生产技术、优化资源要素投入等措施,来提高该地区生产效率。
- Abstract:
- Based on the input-output panel data of facilities in Central and Southern Hebei from 2014 to 2019,the DEA-Malmquist model was used to study the production efficiency and total factor productivity of the region.The results showed that the production of facility vegetables in the Central and Southern of Hebei was high input-output and low production efficiency.Comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency were ineffective,and the main reason was that the lower scale efficiency.The total factor productivity showed negative growth,mainly technological progress played a negative role in it.Therefore,adjusting the scale of production and accelerating the implementation of green production technology and optimizing resource elements were effective approach to improve production efficiency in the region.
