- 基于河北、河南、山东三省473份西瓜、甜瓜种植户样本数据,运用Heckman两阶段模型实证分析了农户绿色防控技术采纳决策和采纳程度的影响因素。结果表明:绿色认证、地理标志认证、政府补贴、年龄、党员、务农年限、农业收入及生态保护认知显著影响农户的采纳决策,而对于采纳过绿色防控技术的农户来说,与农技员交流程度的增加、生态保护认知的提高都有助于深化农户的采纳程度,进行过地理标志认证、种植面积扩大则会降低农户的采纳程度。因此要建立西瓜、甜瓜质量分离体系、推动优质优价市场的形成,推行阶梯式政府补贴、建立持续性保障机制,搭建技术交流平台、强化农户与农技员的常态交流,大力宣传生态环保、强化农户主体意识。
- Abstract:
- Based on the sample data of 473 watermelon and melon growers in Hebei,Henan and Shandong Provinces,the Heckman two-stage model was used to empirically analyze the influence of factors on the decision and degree of adoption of green prevention and control technologies by farmers.The results showed that green certification,geographical indication certification,government subsidies,age,party membership,the number of years in agriculture,agricultural income and ecological protection awareness significantly affect the adoption decision of farmers.For farmers who have adopted green prevention and control technologies,increased communication with agricultural technicians and increased awareness of ecological protection will help deepen farmers′ adoption.However,if they have been certified by geographical indications and expanded their planting area,they will reduce the acceptance of farmers.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a watermelon and melon quality separation system,promote the formation of a high-quality and high-price market,implement stepped government subsidies,establish a continuous guarantee mechanism,build a technical exchange platform,strengthen normal exchanges between farmers and agricultural technicians,vigorously promote ecological and environmental protection,and strengthen farmers′ sense of responsibility.
