- 以10个蛹虫草品种为试材,进行虫草生齿梗孢菌和蛹虫草菌拮抗作用的测定,并对2种菌丝接触位置菌丝进行显微镜观察,同时测定接种虫草生齿梗孢前后的不同蛹虫草品种抗病相关酶几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性,以期为蛹虫草白毛病抗病育种提供参考依据。结果表明:野生蛹虫草品种01(4)-4F1、D01-1对白毛病具有较好抗性。
- Abstract:
- Ten varieties of Cordyceps militaris were selected as the research objects.By means of antagonism test,microscope observation and enzyme activity measurements,the antagonism of Cordyceps militaris and Calcarisporium cordycipiticola,the interaction between the hyphae at the contact position,and the activities change of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase related to disease resistance of Cordyceps militaris before and after inoculation of Calcarisporium cordycipiticola were studied,in order to provide reference to Cordyceps militaris breeding for resistance to white mildew disease.The results showed that wild Cordyceps militaris cultivars 01(4)-4F1 and D01-1 had better resistance to white mildew disease.
