- “川瓜蒌2号”是以四川遂宁瓜蒌(Trichosanthes rosthornii Maxim)材料为母本,以四川遂宁新桥镇瓜蒌(Trichosanthes rosthornii Maxim)材料为父本,经单株选育而得的瓜蒌新品种。该品种果实阔卵状椭圆形或球形,绿色,成熟后橘黄色,有光泽,果瓤橙黄色。其药效成分3,29-二苯甲酰基瓜蒌仁三醇平均含量为0.109%,对比《中华人民共和国药典(2015)》要求高出36.25%,在品比试验中比对照增产13.24%,在多点试验中比对照增产13.45%,在生产试验中比对照增产14.31%。该品种还对常见病虫害均表现出高抗性,适宜在四川省瓜蒌主产区内种植。
- Abstract:
- ‘Chuangualou No.2’ is a new Trichosanthes variety based on Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim material from Suining city,Sichuan Province as the female parent and Trichosanthes rosthornii Maxim material from Xinqiao town,Suining city,Sichuan Province as the male parent.The fruit of this variety is broad-ovate oval or spherical,green,orange-yellow when mature,shiny,and orange-yellow fruit flesh.Its medicinal ingredient 3,29-dibenzoyl quinquerane triol content is 0.109% on average,which is higher than the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015) requires 36.25%,to increase production by 13.24% in the comparison test compared to the control group,13.45% in the multi-point test,and 14.31% higher in the production test than the control group.This variety also shows high resistance to common pests and diseases,which is suitable for planting in the main producing areas of Gualou in Sichuan Province.
