- 羊肚菌是一种珍贵的食药用菌,富含丰富的营养物质,经济价值极高,深受大众欢迎,野生羊肚菌供不应求。羊肚菌人工栽培迅速发展并取得了极大的进步。羊肚菌室外栽培已趋于成熟,但室内栽培和液体发酵仍处于发展阶段,有待继续突破。该研究回顾了国内外研究人员有关羊肚菌人工栽培取得的研究成果并总结了羊肚菌人工栽培技术到目前为止取得的进展,主要介绍了羊肚菌菌种制备技术、大田栽培技术以及工厂化生产这3个部分内容,并提出了羊肚菌人工栽培存在的一些问题,希望能给羊肚菌人工栽培的继续发展提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Morchella is a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungus,which is rich in nutrients and of high economic value.It is popular among the public,and wild morchella is in short supply.The artificial cultivation of morchella developed rapidly and made great progress.The outdoor cultivation of morchella has reached maturity.But the indoor cultivation of morchella and liquid fermentation of morchella are still in the stage of development and need to be further broken through.The study reviewed the domestic and foreign researchers about morchella cultivated and summarized the researching achievements of morchella artificial cultivation technology progress so far,the essay mainly introduced the preparation technology of morchella,field cultivation technology of morchella and factory production of morchella and puted forward some problems of morchella artificial cultivation,the hope could give morchella the continued development of the artificial cultivation to provide some reference value.
