- 以不同生长年份的广西铁皮石斛为试材,采用统计法对一二三年生盆铁皮石斛的枝条数、高度、节数、直径、鲜质量、折干率等生长特征进行比较研究,以期为广西铁皮石斛栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:不同生长年限的广西铁皮石斛株高、节数、直径、鲜质量的分析差异性显著(P<0.05),株高、节数、鲜质量、折干率等都以三年生盆二年生枝条为最高,枝条数以三年生盆一年生枝条数为最多,直径以一年生盆枝条为最粗;相关性分析结果表明枝条数、高度、节数、鲜质量都与直径呈负相关性。枝条数、鲜质量、株高、节数等随着直径的变细而增加,可以控制其直径的粗细以达到提高广西铁皮石斛产量。
- Abstract:
- Taking Dendrobii Offcinalis Caulis of different years as test materials.A comparative study was conducted on the growth characteristics of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis of Guangxi in one-year-old,two-year-old and three-year-old basins,such as number of branches,height,number of nodes,diameter,fresh weight,dry rate,etc.,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of Dendrobii Offcinalis Caulis in Guangxi.The results showed that the difference of plant height,node number,diameter and fresh weight of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis in Guangxi with different growth years was significant (P<0.05).Plant height,node number,fresh weight and dry rate were the highest among the twenties of three-year-old pot,the number of branches in three-year-old basin was the most,and the diameter was the thickest in one-year-old pot branch.The correlation analysis showed that the number of branches,height,node number and fresh weight were all negatively correlated with diameter.The number of branches,fresh weight,plant height and node number were increased with the diameter of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis,which can be controlled to increase the yield of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis.
