- 盆栽韭菜由园区或家庭农场等生产主体培养韭菜根株,秋末冬初将根株囤栽在容器中销售,深受消费者喜爱。但生产中存在栽培容器成本高、根株积累营养不足致囤栽后长势弱、韭蛆时有发生等问题。该研究结合课题组研究成果,从品种选择、培养健壮无病虫根株、韭根挖取与贮藏、栽培容器与介质、囤栽、囤栽后管理与采收等方面,介绍了盆栽韭菜节本高效生产与韭蛆防控关键技术,并进行了生产效益分析,以期为这一新型产业绿色安全、可持续发展提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Potted Chinese leeks are cultivated by the industrial parks or family farms and other producers,and the root plants are stored and planted in containers at the end of autumn and the beginning of winter,which are deeply loved by consumers.However,there are some problems in production,such as high cost of container,weak growth after planting due to insufficient accumulation of root and plant nutrients,and frequent occurrence of leek maggot.In this study,we based on research,discovers from species selection,cultivate strong without root plant disease and insect pest,leek roots,harvest and storage containers,cultivation and media,according to the plant,according to the plant management and collection introduces the leek plants after reduce cost efficient production with leek maggots control key technology,and analyzed the production benefit,green security,in order to provide technical guidance and reference for sustainable develpment of this new industry.
