- 成员参与管理是合作社的核心原则和显著特征，因此，研究农民合作社社员参与管理对合作社治理机制的设计具有重要意义。依据计划经济理论，以社员参与农民合作社管理的行为选择为因变量，从社员个人、社员家庭经济、农民合作社及农民合作社与社员关系4个方面构建了影响因素。基于黑龙江省236位合作社社员调研数据，引入Logistic二元回归模型对理论假设进行实证分析。结果表明：农业收入占家庭收入的比重、社员在合作社的地位、财务信息公开、了解合作社管理制度对社员参与管理的行为具有正向影响，经营业务复杂程度对社员参与合作社管理有负向影响。对建立以要素贡献为基础的激励机制、以核心股东和精英阶层主导的经营决策和控制机制等方面提出建议。
- Abstract:
- Member participation in farmer cooperatives governance is the key principle and salient features of the latter,studying the participation of members′ in management is of great significance to the design of cooperative governance mechanisms.Based on TPB,taking behavior selection of member participation in governance of farmer cooperatives as dependent value,this studied concluded influence factors,which includes members′ personality,family economic characteristic,cooperatives characteristic and relations between members and cooperatives.Based on the sample of 236 members of farmer cooperatives in Heilongjiang and Logistic models.The results showed that agriculture income proportion in household income,member position in cooperatives,disclosure of financial information,and understanding of cooperative management system had positive influence to members participation behavior.While the business diversity degrees had negatives effect.This study suggested cooperatives should built motivation mechanism based on factor construction and decision mechanism leaded by core shareholders and elites.
