- 对于具有较好发展基础的食用菌产业来说,建设特色产业集群是其做大、做强、做优的高品质发展必经之路。根据产业集群和产业价值链理论,探讨产业集群对食用菌特色产业的作用机理,分析食用菌产业区域集聚性、品种多样性、驱动因素复杂性、“三产”高度融合性、组织主体多维性的实际特征,并基于政府、食用菌产业自身、市场3个不同主体,分别从政策导向、产业自身发展、市场引导、技术支持和资金支持5个层面提出食用菌特色产业发展的建设路径。
- Abstract:
- For the edible fungi industry with good development foundation,the construction of characteristic industry cluster is the only way to its development of high quality and made it bigger,stronger and better.According to the theory of industrial cluster and industrial value chain,this paper discussed the mechanism of industrial cluster on the characteristic industry of edible fungi,and analyzed characteristics of the edible fungi industry as regional aggregation,the variety diversity,complexity of driving factors,the high integration of ‘Three Industries’,and the multi-dimensional organization.And based on the three different subjects of the government,the industry itself,the market,and put forward the construction path of the edible fungi characteristic industry development from five aspects respectively,such as the policy orientation,industry development,market guidance,technical support and financial support.
