- 以“黄金梨”“红香酥”“华山梨”“中梨1号”4个品种为试材,对其生长参数、生理指标、叶片表型参数及光合特性进行比较分析,研究不同梨树品种在西藏林芝地区生长及光合特性,以期为梨树在西藏高原地区的适应性评价以及引种品种筛选提供参考依据。结果表明:“黄金梨”地径显著高于其它3个品种,且变异程度低;随着光合有效辐射的增加,4个品种净光合速率均先增大,达到峰值后呈下降趋势,其中“黄金梨”显著高于其它3个品种;主成分分析筛选出“黄金梨”综合评价得分最高。“黄金梨”具有较高的光合生产潜力,在西藏林芝地区高海拔、低温、强辐射等极端环境条件下生长表现及光合特性较好。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Golden Pear’‘Hongxiangsu’‘Whasan Pear’ and ‘Zhongli No.1’ as test materials.Their growth parameters,physiological indicators,leaf phenotypic parameters and photosynthetic characteristics were compared and analyzed in order to study the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of different pear species in Linzhi,Tibet,with a view to providing scientific basis for the adaptability evaluation of pear trees in the Tibetan Plateau and the selection of introduced species.The results showed that ground diameter of the ‘Golden Pear’ varieties was significantly higher than those of the other three varieties,and the degree of change was lower;with the increase of photosynthetic effective radiation,the net photosynthetic rate of the four varieties increased first and reached the peak.Later,it showed a downward trend,among which the varieties of ‘Golden Pear’ was significantly higher than the other three varieties;the principal component analysis screened the ‘Golden Pear’ variety with the highest comprehensive evaluation score.The ‘Golden Pear’ variety had high photosynthetic production potential,and had good growth performance and photosynthetic characteristics under extreme environmental conditions such as high altitude,low temperature,and strong radiation in the Linzhi area of Tibet.
