- 以紫红色品种‘Rose Marie’为父本,以红色品种‘Red Lion’为母本进行杂交,培育了小苍兰新品种‘红钻’。该品种9月下旬至10月上旬种植,翌年2月下旬至3月上旬开花,花期30~40 d;花被片上表面为紫红色(RHS:67B),花喉咙上表面为黄色(RHS:14A);平均叶长40.8 cm、花茎长40.0 cm、花茎粗4.7 mm、分枝数3.7个、主花序长6.9 cm、主花序小花数8.7朵、花径3.8 cm、繁殖系数6.4;适宜在福建无霜冻及具有相似气候条件的地区露地推广种植。
- Abstract:
- A new Freesia cultivar ‘Hongzuan’ is bred by crossing ‘Rose Marie’ as male parent and ‘Red Lion’ as female parent.The cultivar is planted from late September to early October,flowering from late February to early March of the next year,with a florescence of 30-40 days.The upper surface of the perianth is purplish red(RHS:67B),and the upper surface of the throat is yellow(RHS:14A).It have an average leaf length of 40.8 cm,flower stem length of 40.0 cm,flower stem diameter of 4.7 mm,branch count of 3.7,main inflorescence length of 6.9 cm,main inflorescence floret count of 8.7,flower diameter of 3.8 cm and reproduction coefficient of 6.4.It is suitable to be planted in the frost-free areas of Fujian and the areas with similar climatic conditions.
