- 为了解山西省历山自然保护区大型野生真菌资源的物种多样性,对历山国家自然保护区采集到的4份漏斗伞属标本进行了分子系统学分析和传统大型真菌形态学鉴定。结果表明:该物种的特点是子实体小型,菌盖宽2~6 cm,整体呈漏斗状,表面米褐色至黄色;菌褶延生,有分叉,褶间有横脉;菌柄长4~8 cm,宽0.3~0.9 cm,有绒毛;担孢子(5.2)5.4~6.7(7.1)μm×(3.5)3.6~4.5(4.6)μm,椭圆形或亚杏形,壁薄光滑,非淀粉质;担子25.6~37.8 μm×5.0~6.1 μm,棍棒状,壁薄,有4个担子小梗;菌丝直径4.0~10.0 μm,具分枝,壁薄。构建系统发育树,将标本与碱紫漏斗杯伞(Infundibulicybe alkaliviolascens)模式标本ITS序列聚在一起,支持率高达100%,与所对比序列相似度高。上述表明,4份标本均属于同一个物种,为碱紫漏斗杯伞,该种是山西省新记录种。该研究对山西省新记录种碱紫漏斗杯伞进行了详细的描述,为山西省丰富的大型真菌资源调查提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the species diversity of large wild fungal resources in Lishan Nature Reserve of Shanxi Province,both phylogenetic analysis and morphological study of traditional large fungi were applied to identification of four specimens collected in Li Shan National Nature Reserve.The results showed that its main characters were pileus 2-6 cm in diameter,funnel-shaped,yellowish-brown;gills forking;stipes 4-8 cm long,0.3-0.9 cm wide,covered with pubescence;basidiospore (5.2)5.4-6.7(7.1)μm×(3.5)3.6-4.5(4.6)μm,oval,smooth;basidia 25.6-37.8 μm×5.0-6.1 μm,clavate,thin wall,with four sterigmas;hypha diameter 4.0-10.0 μm,with branches.Construct phylogenetic trees,and the ITS district were clustered together with the ITS of the type specimen (Infundibulicybe alkaliviolascens) with a support rate of up to 100%,it had the high similarity to the sequences compared.These four specimens belong to the same species were Infundibulicybe alkaliviolascens.It provided Infundibulicybe alkaliviolascens was a new recorded species in Shanxi Province.In this study,the new recorded species of Infundibulicybe alkaliviolascens in Shanxi Province was described in detail.The study also provided a certain research basis for the investigation of large wild fungal resources in Shanxi Province.
