- 以哈尔滨恒大?中央广场、恒大?时代广场和恒大?丁香郡3个典型地产体验区为研究样地,采用实地调研方法,对体验区的树种组成、比例结构、植物景观特点和配置形式等内容进行分析,以期总结恒大地产体验区的树种应用和配置特色。结果表明:3个地产体验区应用植物种类21科34属44种。树种相似度高达70%以上,能体现地产品牌特色;树种观赏性强,兼具多种观赏特征;配置形式多样,能体现不同场景空间景观需求。建议在以后的种植中增加灌木树种品种和数量,丰富群落的垂直结构;适当减少草本花卉用量,降低养护成本,提高体验区绿地生态效益,改善环境质量。
- Abstract:
- Three typical real estate experience areas for Harbin Evergrande including Evergrande Central Plaza,Evergrande Times Square and Evergrande Clove County,were taken as research samples.The tree species composition,scale structure,plant landscape characteristics and configuration forms such as content analysis were analyzed using field research method.So,Evergrande property application experience of tree species and configuration features were summarized.The results showed that there were 44 species of plants from 21 families and 34 genera in 3 real estate experience areas.Tree species similarity was up to more than 70%,which could reflect real estate brand characteristics.Tree species had a strong ornamental value and had a variety of ornamental characteristics.Various configuration forms could reflect the needs of different scene space landscape.It was suggested to increase the variety and quantity of shrub species in the later planting to enrich the vertical structure of the community.Reducing the amount of herbs and flowers appropriately,reducing the maintenance cost,improving the ecological benefits of green space in the experience area,and improving the environmental quality would be applied in the future.
