- 突如其来的疫情对休闲农业造成非预期性的激烈冲击，给整个行业发展带来了极大的不确定性因素，也暴露出休闲农业行业领域自身存在的不足。疫情之下的休闲农业行业，呈现出了敏感度高、业绩影响大、持续时间长、抗风险能力弱、市场前景可期等特性。企业家作为企业的领航者，既要求真务实，正视休闲农业行业的特性及当前困境，又要坚定信心，扎实推动冬眠策略、护士策略、瘦身策略、捡漏策略、充电策略等硬核对策落地见效，带领企业更好更快地转“危”为“机”。
- Abstract:
- The new coronavirus outbreak suddenly happened lashed the leisure agriculture industry,brought uncertain factors for it,and also uncovered the weakness of it.Under the effect of new coronavirus outbreak,the leisure agriculture industry showed several specific characteristics,e.g.high sensitivity,negative affection,long-term effect,and expected developmental prospects.As the leader of the industry,entrepreneurs should not only be realistic and practical to realize the characteristics and current disadvantages,but also stay being confident to implement effective strategies,such us hibernation strategy,nurse strategy,weight-loss strategy,leak-detection strategy,and charging strategy.By doing so,they can lead the leisure agriculture industry turning disadvantages to advantages under the new coronavirus outbreak.
