大蒜素对刺梨白粉病的抑菌作用及防治效果

- 以刺梨“贵农5号”为试材,采用室内菌丝生长速率法、孢子萌发法及田间药效试验统计防效作用相结合的方法,研究大蒜素对刺梨白粉病的抑制作用、防治效果及对产量的影响,以期筛选有效防治刺梨白粉病的植物源农药。结果表明:大蒜素可有效抑制刺梨白粉病菌菌丝生长、产孢量、孢子萌发,防治效果显著,增产明显,其中600~1 200 mg?L-1浓度范围内,施药后对刺梨白粉病抑菌效果、防效作用、增产率与浓度为166.7 mg?L-1的25%嘧菌酯SC化学药剂药效相当。因此,6%大蒜素EC对刺梨白粉病具有较好的防治效果,增产明显,具有使用推广的价值,生产上可代替化学农药,实现绿色生产,推荐使用的剂量为600~1 200 mg?L-1。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen botanical pesticide to control effectively powdery mildew of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.,inhibitory effect of allicin on powdery mildew of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.,and its effect on yield was studied with variety ‘Guinong 5’ as experimental material,and used indoor hypha growth rate method,spore germination method,field medicinal effect test.The results showed that the allicin could effectively inhibit the mycelial growth,sporulation and spore germination of powdery mildew of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.,and obvious increasing yield.Among treatments,within the concentration range of 600-1 200 mg ? L-1,the bacteriostatic effect,controlling effect and yield increasing rate were similar to those of 166.7 mg ? L-1 25% azoxystrobin SC after application.Therefore,6% allicin EC had the good controll effect on powdery mildew of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.and could increase obviously in yield,which had the value of application and promotion,chemical pesticide could be replaced in production to realize the green production,the recommended dosage is 600-1 200 mg ? L-1.
