- 以二年生“灵武长枣”嫁接苗为试材,采用开顶气室模拟大气增温环境的方法,研究大气增温环境下“灵武长枣”生长和叶片解剖结构的变化,以期为“灵武长枣”栽培实践应对全球气候变化提供参考依据。结果表明:与大气自然环境温度相比,大气增温促进“灵武长枣”树高、新梢、枣吊、叶片厚度的生长;叶面积、叶片长度、叶片宽度、SPAD值、上下表皮细胞厚度和主脉厚度则表现为下降趋势。因此,大气增温促进“灵武长枣”树体生长,抑制叶片生长。
- Abstract:
- Taking the 2-year-old ‘Lingwu Long Jujube’ grafted seedlings as experimental materials,the growth and leaf anatomical structure changes of ‘Lingwu Long Jujube’ were studied under the atmospheric warming environment by using the method of open top air chamber simulating the atmospheric warming environment,in order to provide reference frame for ‘Lingwu Long Jujube’ cultivation.The results showed that,compared with the atmospheric natural temperature,the increase of atmospheric temperature promoted the growth of height,new shoots,jujube hanging and leaf thickness of ‘Lingwu Long Jujube’,while the leaf area,leaf length,leaf width,SPAD value,upper and lower epidermal cell thickness and main vein thickness showed a downward trend.Therefore,the increase of air temperature can promote the growth of ‘Lingwu Long Jujube’ and inhibit the growth of leaves.
