不同柴胡种质干物质积累及种子质量研究

- 以不同柴胡种质为试材,研究了不同柴胡种质干物质积累及种子质量,以期为柴胡优质种子生产提供参考依据。结果表明:不同柴胡种质植株性状及干物质积累量差异显著,根长、根粗、单株干物质积累量以种质Ⅱ最高,分别为16.4 cm、9.62 mm、25.0 g,种质Ⅳ最低为8.7 cm、4.99 mm和 11.1 g。不同柴胡种质结实性差异明显,种质Ⅱ单株总小花序数、结实小花序数及单株种子质量最高,分别为172个、113个和6.8 g,种质Ⅲ最低为46个、23个和 4.0 g。大粒种子(>14目)所占比例和种子千粒质量以种质Ⅲ最高,为32.7%和0.894 0 g,种质Ⅳ最低为9.8%和0.789 2 g;种子萌发率以种质Ⅱ最高为92%,种质Ⅲ最低为80%。不同柴胡种质干物质积累及种子质量存在显著差异,种质Ⅱ综合性状优良值得进一步开发利用。
- Abstract:
- The different Bupleurum chinense germplasms were used to study the dry matter accumulation and seed quality,in order to provide reference for seed production of Bupleurum chinense.The results showed that the plant traits and the dry matter accumulation of different B.chinense germplasms were significantly different.The root length,root diameter and the dry matter accumulation per plant were the highest of the germplasm Ⅱ,which were 16.4 mm,9.62 mm and 25.0 g respectively.While the germplasm Ⅳ were the lowest,which were 8.7 mm,4.99 mm and 11.1 g.The fecundity of different B.chinense germplasms were significantly different.The total number of inflorescences,the number of fertilized inflorescences and the seed weight per plant were the highest of the germplasm Ⅱ,which were 172,113 and 6.8 g respectively.While the germplasm Ⅲ were the lowest,which were 46,23 and 4.0 g.The proportion of large seeds (>14 mesh) and the 1 000-grain seed weight were the highest of the germplasm Ⅲ,which were 32.7% and 0.894 0 g.While the germplasm Ⅳ were the lowest,which were 9.8% and 0.789 2 g.The germplasm Ⅱ had the highest germination rate of 92%,the germplasm Ⅲ had the lowest germination rate of 80%,The germplasm Ⅱ had good comprehensive characters was worthy of further development and utilization.
