- 以华南型黄瓜品种“玉秀”为试材,采用日光温室栽培方式,研究鸡粪发酵提取液对越冬茬黄瓜生长及抗冷性的影响。结果表明:与施用化学肥料相比,施用鸡粪发酵提取液可显著促进黄瓜植株根系生长,提高根系活力,后期长势、光合、产量等性状显著优于施用化学肥料;低温条件下可显著减少丙二醛含量、降低电解质渗透率,且可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性在生长中后期显著高于施用化学肥料。说明施用鸡粪发酵提取液可通过促进低温条件下黄瓜根系活力的增强及后期抗氧化酶活性的提高,以降低膜脂过氧化水平,增强黄瓜低温条件下的恢复及适应性,促进越冬茬黄瓜中后期生长,延缓衰老,增加产量。
- Abstract:
- Cucumber variety ‘Yuxiu’was taken as the test material.The effects of chicken manure fermentation extract on the growth and cold resistance of cucumber in winter were studied.The results showed that compared with the application of chemical fertilizer,the application of chicken manure fermentation extract could significantly promote the root growth of cucumber plants,improve the root vitality,growth,photosynthesis,yield and other characteristics were significantly better than the application of chemical fertilizer.The content of malondialdehyde and electrolyte permeability were significantly reduced under low temperature,and the soluble sugar content,superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activity were significantly higher than those of chemical fertilizer in the middle and late growth stage.It indicated that the application of chicken manure fermentation extract could reduce the level of membrane lipid peroxidation by promoting the enhancement of root activity of cucumber under low temperature and the improvement of antioxidant enzyme activity in the later stage,enhance the recovery and adaptability of cucumber under low temperature,promote the growth of cucumber in the middle and later stage of winter stubbiness,delay the senescence and increase the yield.
