中药型土壤净化剂在草莓上的应用试验

- 以“庆丰”草莓为试材,施以不同剂量中药型土壤净化剂“土专家”,探析该药品对草莓生长发育的影响,以期探索出适合草莓苗生长发育的药剂剂量。结果表明:在草莓整地之前撒施15 kg?(667m2)-1的“土专家”,相较于对照组叶柄长度降低33.01%,株径增加91.05%,叶片面积增加118.71%,草莓苗生长更为健壮;可以有效防治草莓病害,降低草莓发病率24.97个百分点,提高草莓成活率30.76个百分点;增加叶绿素含量49.61%,增大单果质量31.80%,提高果实内维生素C含量61.21%。而果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量,施用“土专家”与对照值差异不显著。“土专家”为中药型药剂,适宜于绿色有机生产,可在生产上大力推广。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the survival rate of strawberry seedlings and reduce diseases,the strawberry variety ‘Qingfeng’ was taken as the test material,and applied ‘Soil Experts’ with different doses of traditional Chinese medicine soil purification agent in the strawberry base of Cheng′an Huiqiao Agricultural Technology Co.Ltd.to explore the influence of this medicine on the growth and development of strawberry.The results showed that before strawberry field preparation,‘Soil Experts’ was applied with 15 kg per 667 m2.Compared with the control group,the length of petiole decreased 33.01%,plant diameter increased 91.05%,and leaf area increased 118.71%.Strawberry seedlings grew more robust.It can effectively prevent and control strawberry diseases,reduce the incidence of strawberry disease by 24.97 percentage,and improve the survival rate of strawberry by 30.76 percentage.The content of chlorophyll was increased by 49.61%,the weight of single fruit was increased by 31.80%,and the content of vitamin C in fruit was increased by 61.21%.However,there was no significant difference in the hardness and soluble solids content between the ‘Soil Experts’ and the control group.‘Soil Experts’ is a traditional Chinese medicament,suitable for green organic production,and can be promoted in production.
