- 可食用花卉作为食品的潜在市场巨大、营养价值高、保健作用佳,但当下面临缺少食用专用品种、消费者接受程度偏低、食品安全频发、保鲜等问题亟待解决。该研究通过对世界主要食用花卉的国家花卉食品产业发展现状及存在的问题进行剖析,提出促进花卉食品产业化发展的对策建议,即加快食用花卉专用品种开发、完善花卉食品配套法律法规、加大食用花卉科研投入力度、学习先进花卉食品保鲜技术。
- Abstract:
- As a potential market for edible foods,edible flowers had high nutritional value and good health care effects,but nowadays,there were problems such as lack of special varieties for consumption,low acceptance of consumers,frequent safety issues,and urgent problems in preservation.This paper analyzed the development status and existing problems of the flower food industry in the world′s major flower-producing countries,and proposesd countermeasures to promote the development of flower food industrialization,namely,speed up the development of special varieties of edible flowers,improve the laws and regulations of flower foods,increase investment in scientific research on edible flowers,and learn advanced flower food preservation technology.
