南美天胡荽乙酸乙酯浸提液对种子萌发的影响及其成分分析

- 以南美天胡荽植株乙酸乙酯浸提液和南美天胡荽伴生植物种子为试材,采用室内种子萌发试验和GC-MS分析方法,研究了南美天胡荽乙酸乙酯浸提液对其7种伴生植物种子萌发的影响,以及南美天胡荽与其根际土壤乙酸乙酯浸提液化学成分,以期为评估南美天胡荽抑制杂草的能力与入侵能力提供数据基础。结果表明:1)南美天胡荽乙酸乙酯浸提液对黄菖蒲、牵牛种子萌发呈促进作用,对狼杷草种子萌发呈抑制作用,对画眉草、旋鳞莎草、孔雀稗、西来稗种子影响不显著,土壤浸提液则表现出相对更突出的影响作用,除了对黄菖蒲、牵牛种子萌发的促进作用外,对画眉草、旋鳞莎草、孔雀稗、西来稗均表现出更明显的抑制趋势;2)南美天胡荽乙酸乙酯浸提液对其7种伴生植物的根生长抑制较苗生长要显著,而根际土壤浸提液影响效果更加显著,表明根际土壤浸提液中存在某种影响较为显著的植物分泌物分解的中间产物,并且较为可能是南美天胡荽影响其它伴生物种的直接作用物质;3)南美天胡荽植株和根际土壤浸提液中化学成分相差较大,其中根际土壤中的2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚可能是南美天胡荽影响伴生植物种子萌发的主要物质,其来源可能是植株中相对含量较大的2,4-二叔丁基苯酚等酚类物质。
- Abstract:
- The mature of Hydrocotyle vulgaris and seeds of seven plant species associated with Hydrocotyle vulgaris were chose,the biological indexes included the relative germinating rate,the index of allelopathic and the ratio of root and shoot length were selected to investigate the effects of ethyl acetate extract of Hydrocotyle vulgaris on seed germination.The GC-MS was selected to identify the chemical composition of ethyl acetate extract of Hydrocotyle vulgaris and rhizosphere soil.The results showed that,1) The ethyl acetate extract of Hydrocotyle vulgaris improved the seed germinating rate of Iris pseudacorus and Pharbitis nil,inhibited therate of Bidens tripartite,showed no significant influences on Echinochloa crusgalli var.Zelayensis,Echinochloa cruspavonis,Cyperus michelianus and Eragrostis pilosa.The ethyl acetate extract of rhizosphere soil improved the seed germinating rates of Iris pseudacorusand Pharbitis nil,inhibited the rate of others plants,and showed more significant influences than the ethyl acetate extract of Hydrocotyle vulgaris;2) The ethyl acetate extract of Hydrocotyle vulgaris and rhizosphere soil showed more significant influences on root growth than seedling growth,and the effect was more noticeable in ethyl acetate extract of rhizosphere soil.There existed some kinds of chemicals in ethyl acetate extract of rhizosphere soil that had more prominent influence;3) There existed large differences between the chemical composition of ethyl acetate extract of Hydrocotyle vulgaris and rhizosphere soil.But the 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol in rhizosphere soil may be the main substance that affected seed germination of companion plants,and it may be sourced from phenolic compounds such as 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol in Hydrocotyle vulgaris.
