摘要:
新型职业农民组织是在新型职业农民培育和农民组织发展到一定阶段出现的客观产物。随着我国新型职业农民培育工程的稳步推进，在全国各地已出现多种形式的新型职业农民组织。该文研究了新型职业农民组织出现的背景，探讨了新型职业农民组织的内涵和组织形态，并基于对全国的调查分析了新型职业农民组织发展的总体现状和特征，对其发展趋势进行了判断，最后从政府、组织和社会3个层面提出了促进新型职业农民组织有序发展的建议。
Abstract:
The new professional peasant organization is an objective product that emerges in the development of new professional peasants and farmers′ organizations.With the steady advancement of Chinese new professional peasant cultivation project,various forms of new professional peasant organizations had emerged throughout the country.This study showed the background of the emergence of new professional farmers′ organizations,discussed the connotation and organization of new professional farmers′ organizations,and analyzed the overall status and characteristics of the development of new professional farmers′ organizations based on the national survey,and carried out its development trend.Judging,in the end,from the government,organization and society,the proposal to promote the orderly development of new professional farmers organizations was put forward.
