- 以东方型重瓣百合‘Belonica’为试材,栽培过程中分别施入含ACC脱氨酶的不同PGPR菌株,以清水为对照,百合采切后均分别插入清水中,通过对其相关生理指标进行测定和分析,以探讨施用含ACC脱氨酶的不同PGPR菌株对重瓣百合切花采后品质的影响。结果表明:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白质含量均呈先升后降的趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量总体呈上升趋势,同时发现施用含ACC脱氨酶的不同PGPR菌株后处理在一定程度上均减缓了丙二醛的产生。综合比较发现,菌株BG对重瓣百合切花的延缓保鲜效果最为明显,不仅能较好地维持切花的外观观赏品质,而且能有效延缓切花的衰老进程。
- Abstract:
- In this study,oriental double-flower lily named ‘Belonica’ was used as experimental material.Strain of ACC deaminase-containing PGPR was fertilized during cultivating of the double-flower lily.Under contrast of clear water by putting cutting lily into,related physiological indices were tested and analyzed,and the effect of cutting lily with fertilizing different strains of ACC deaminase-containing PGPR could be explored accordingly.The results showed that activities of SOD,POD and content of soluble protein were firstly increased but then decreased.Contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (Pro) were generally on the rise.Meanwhile,it was found that the production of MDA was slowed down in a certain extent during the post-treatment to double-lily with fertilizing different ACC deaminase-containing PGPR.Comprehensive comparison discovered that the effect of the strain BG on the preservation of double lily cutting flowers was the most obvious.Strain BG not only maintained the ornamental quality of cutting flowers,but also postponed its aging process effectively.
