- 以山豆根组培苗为试验材料,采用L9(34)正交设计对不同施肥配比下山豆根进行大田试验,测定其农艺性状、理化指标、有效成分含量,以期找出山豆根生产的最佳施肥配比方案。结果表明:N、P、K 3种因素对山豆根植株生长和生理的影响效应不同,以N的影响力最大,其次是P,K的影响效应最小。N3P2K1配比下山豆根具有较好的生长状况,且营养较优,N3P3K2和N3P2K2配比下山豆根具有较高的有效成分含量。结合正交实验直观分析和极差分析得出,施肥配比为N3P2K2,即养分比例为N∶P∶K=3∶1∶1.5时,有利于促进山豆根生长及提高其有效成分含量。
- Abstract:
- Taking Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep.tissue culture seedlings as test material,the L9(34)orthogonal design was used to carry out the field experiment on S.tonkinensis Gagnep.,and the agronomic traits,physiological and biochemical index and active ingredients were determined,in order to find out the best fertilization proportion scheme for the production of S.tonkinensis Gagnep..The results showed that the effects of N,P,K on the growth and physiology of the S.tonkinensis Gagnep.were different.The influence of the N factor was the largest,followed by the P factor,and the effect of K was the least.The S.tonkinensis Gagnep.had a better growth condition and better nutrition under the N3P2K1 ratio.In addition,S.tonkinensis Gagnep.had a higher active ingredient content under N3P3K2 and N3P2K2 ratios.Combined with visual analysis and range analysis,it was concluded that the fertilization ratio was N3P2K2,the nutrient ratio was N∶P∶K=3∶1∶1.5,which was beneficial to promote the growth of the S.tonkinensis and increase its active ingredient content.
