- 为筛选出适宜黔西北地区栽培的优质半夏资源,以解决本地长期留种导致的种源退化、产量降低、块茎腐烂病发生率增高等问题,从贵州、山东、湖北、河北等省引进了半夏资源10份,比较了各半夏资源的产量、平均径围、百粒质量、病害发生情况以及总酸、浸出物、水分、灰分含量等。结果表明:不同居群半夏的生态学性状、产量、质量间存在明显差异,其中贵州赫章半夏的产量最高,其次为湖北潜江半夏;湖北潜江及湖北荆州半夏无块茎腐烂病情况发生;贵州赫章半夏的百粒质量及平均径围最大,其次为河南内乡半夏;湖南湘西半夏的总酸含量最高,其次为贵州赫章半夏;山西新绛半夏的浸出物含量最高,其次为贵州赫章半夏。来自贵州赫章和湖北潜江的半夏可作为高产半夏资源进一步观察试验;湖南湘西、山西新绛半夏可作为优质半夏种源进行栽培研究。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen out the high quality Pinellia ternata,which suitable to cultivate in Northwestern Guizhou,to solve the problem of progeny degradation,yield loss,and increase in the incidence of tuber rot caused by long-term self-retaining,in this study,ten P.ternata resources were introduced from Guizhou,Shandong,Hubei,Hebei and other provinces.By way of contrasting the average diameter,hundred-grain weight,disease occurrence,total acid,leachate,moisture,and ash content of every P.ternata resource.The results showed that different P.ternate germplasms had obvious difference in ecological characteristic,yield and quality.Among these P.ternata,from Hezhang county Guizhou Province had the highest yield,followed by the P.ternata from Qianjiang city Hubei Province.No tuber rot disease occurred in Qianjiang and Jingzhou city Hubei Province.The hundred-grain weight and average diameter of the P.ternata from Hezhang county Guizhou Province were the largest,followed by the Neixiang country Henan Province.The total acid content of P.ternata in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Hunan Province was the highest,followed by the Hezhang county Guizhou Province.The content of extracts from P.ternata in Xinjiang county Shanxi Province was the highest,followed by the Hezhang county Guizhou Province.The P.ternata from Hezhang county Guizhou Province and Qianjiang city Hubei Province can be used as high-yield P.ternata resource for further observational trials;the P.ternata from Xiangxi Tujia and Miao autonomous Prefecture Hunan Province and Xinjiang county Shanxi Province can be used as high quality P.ternata germplasms for cultivation studies.
