微量元素喷施对红叶石楠叶片叶色变化的生理生化研究

- 以红叶石楠为试材,采用微量元素喷施方法,研究了Mn、Zn、Fe、B对其叶片花色苷及合成酶活性的影响,以期了解叶色的调控机理。结果表明:微量元素喷施初期,各处理之间叶片花色苷的含量差异不大。第三次喷施后,0.6% B、0.4% Mn以及0.6% Fe处理组花色苷的含量增加幅度高于其它处理,结果表明B、Mn、Fe 有利于花色苷合成。喷施Zn对红叶石楠叶片中花色苷含量没有效果;喷施不同微量元素处理对花色苷合成过程中酶的活性产生不同的影响,在查耳酮异构酶(CHI)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、尿苷二磷酸-葡萄糖-类黄酮糖基转移酶(UFGT)和二氢黄酮醇还原酶(DFR)中,CHI、DFR活性变化趋势与花色苷含量基本一致,0.2% Fe溶液和0.2% Zn溶液对红叶石楠叶片中PAL活性促进效果最明显。0.4% P溶液、0.2% Mn溶液和0.2% Zn溶液对 CHI活性促进效果最明显。0.2% B、0.4% Fe和0.6% Zn对DFR活性促进效果最明显。B、Fe 处理后 DFR、CHI活性明显高于对照,表明DFR和CHI对花色苷合成有启动作用。

- Photinia serrulata was used as the test material,the variation of anthocyanin and the relevant biosynthesis enzymes in P.serrulata leaves was investigated after spraying the leaves with microelement (Mn,Zn,Fe,B).The results indicated that the content of anthocyanins in leaves was not significantly different in each treatment in the beginning of treatments.The content of anthocyanin was increased after third spraying with spraying 0.4% Mn,0.6% B and 0.6% Fe.And the anthocyanins content had extremely significantly positive correlation with B,Mn and Fe content.There had no effect on anthocyanin in P.serrulata leaves spraying Zn.Several enzymes in anthocyanin synthesis were affected by different microelement treatments.Among phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL),chalcone isomerase (CHI),dihydroflavonol 4-reductase (DFR) and UDP glucose flavonoid glucosyltransferase(UFGT),the change of DFR and CHII activities were basically consistent with anthocyanin.PAL activity was the most significantly promoted by 0.2% Fe solution and 0.2% Zn solution.4% P,0.2% Mn and 0.2% Zn had the most significant effect on the CHI activity.The DFR and CHI activities after spraying B and Fe,and the activities were significantly higher than CK,which suggested DFR and CHI initiated the synthesis of anthocyanins.
