- 以“濮葱1号”大葱品种及不同世代自交系、不同品种类型的育种材料为试材,采用对比试验方法,研究了日光温室栽培条件下2种不同保温方式对大葱生殖生长的影响,以期为北方地区大葱加代繁育提供科学依据。结果表明:在北方地区利用有覆盖保温材料(草苫)日光温室栽植成株大葱品种或株系、材料,较露地栽培可以提前40 d抽薹、开花,种子成熟期提前40~45 d。未覆盖保温材料(草苫)的日光温室种子采收期平均提前343 d,一般在4月中旬收获种子。利用日光温室繁育的后代,种子可以实现当年播种,当年定植,当年形成产品器官,当年筛选评估株系和材料。
- Abstract:
- Welsh onion ‘Pucong No1’ cultivars,inbred lines of different generations and breeding materials of different varieties were taken as material.The effects of different thermal insulation ways on the reproductive growth of welsh onion in greenhouse were studied.In order to provide scientific basis for scallion generation in northern China.The results showed that the bolting and flowering of welsh onion cultivars or lines and materials planted in greenhouse with covering thermal insulation materials (straw) could be 40 days earlier than that in open field cultivation,and the maturity of seeds could be 40—45 days earlier than that in open field cultivation.The average harvest time of greenhouse seeds without thermal insulation materials (straw) was 343 days earlier,and the seeds were generally harvested in mid April.The breeding generation seeds by greenhouse that could be sown in the same year,planted in the same year,formed product organs in the same year,and screened and evaluated strains and materials in the same year.
