- 以16个山苦瓜资源为试材,采用抗性接种法,研究了山苦瓜资源的抗病性,并对生理生化指标进行测定,以期为选育优异的苦瓜抗病品系提供参考依据。结果表明:筛选出高抗枯萎病的山苦瓜资源2份(W002、W004),抗病资源1份(Y002),中抗资源2份(S001、S007);理化指标测定结果表明,过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸甲氨酶(PAL)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量可以作为山苦瓜早期筛选抗性的生理指标。
- Abstract:
- The 16 germplasm resources of Momordica charantia were used as materials to explore the resistance and physiological and biochemical characteristic by resistance inoculation and characteristic measurment,in order to supply references for screening excellent resistant lines.The results showed that 2 high resistant resourses(W002,W004),1 resistant(Y002)and 2 moderately resistant resources (S001,S007) were screened from the 16 germplasm resources.The physiological and biochemical characteristic of W002,Y002 and S004 were measured,the result showed the activities of POD,SOD,PAL and the content of MDA could be used as resistance index in early screening.
