- 根据近年来国内外黄瓜未授粉子房离体培养的最新研究进展,主要对离体培养至成苗过程中的主要影响因素进行了全面总结、对比和分析,讨论了目前该技术在黄瓜育种应用上存在的问题及展望,以期对黄瓜分子育种技术提供丰富的理论支持。
- Abstract:
- This study reviewed the new research progress of cucumber unpollinated ovum (ovule) in vitro culture.The main influencing factors in culture were summarized,compared and analyzed.The existing problems and development directions of the technology in cucumber breeding were discussed.In order to provide abundant theoretical support for cucumber molecular breeding technology.
