- 摘要:以松花菜品种“力禾65天”为试材,采用重力滴灌灌溉方式,设置微咸水灌水梯度3 g?L-1(3K)、5 g?L-1(5K),以淡水(CK)为对照,研究不同浓度微咸水胁迫对松花菜生长指标、品质及水分利用效率的影响,以期为设施农业中微咸水资源安全利用提供技术支撑。结果表明:在松花菜生长指标方面,随着灌溉水矿化度的升高,苗期松花菜死苗率增大,营养生长末期(莲座期末期)叶片数和花球直径显著降低,5K处理莲座期末叶片数比CK降低3478%,花球直径比CK降低3234%;在产量方面,随着灌溉水矿化度含量的升高,松花菜的产量显著下降,5K处理单株产量比CK降低4831%;在品质方面,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质以及维生素C含量随着灌溉水矿化度含量的升高呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,排序依次为可溶性糖含量3K>5K>CK,维生素C含量3K>5K>CK,可溶性蛋白质含量3K>CK>5K;叶片叶绿素含量和水分利用效率随着灌溉水矿化度含量的升高而降低,变化规律为CK>3K>5K。

- Abstract:Cauliflower ‘Lihe 65’ was used as experiment material,gravity drip irrigation method was adopted,and treatment of brackish irrigation gradient were 3K(3 g?L-1),5K(5 g?L-1),with fresh water as control(CK).The effects of different concentrations of brackish water stress on the growth index,quality and water use efficiency of cauliflower were studied in order to provide technical support for the safe utilization of brackish water resources in protected agriculture.The results showed that as for the growth index,with the increasing of salinity in irrigation water,the seedling death rate of cauliflower increased in seedling stage,the number of leaves in the late vegetative growth stage (the end of rosette stage) and the diameter of flower balls were significantly decreased,the number of leaves at the end of lotus pedestal under 5K treatment was 3478% lower than that of CK treatment,and the diameter of flower ball was 3234% lower than that of CK;as for the yield of cauliflower,with the increase of salinity in irrigation water,the yield decreased significantly,the single plant yield t of 5K treatment was 4831% lower than that of CK treatment;as for the quality of cauliflower,with the increase of salinity in irrigation water,the variation tendency of soluble protein and increased firstly and then decreased,the soluble sugar content and vitamin C content were ranked with 3K>5K>CK,the soluble protein was ranked with 3K>CK>5K;with the increase of salinity in irrigation water,the chlorophyll content and water use efficiency were decreased,the ranking was CK>3K>5K.
