- 以20个小苍兰(Freesia hybrida)园艺品种为研究材料,采用英国皇家园艺学会比色卡进行花色描述,同时利用色差仪对各个品种的花色表型值进行测量,进而通过聚类分析及线性回归拟合分析等,对小苍的花色表型的数量分类研究,以期为小苍兰未知品种的亲缘关系判断提供初步表型数量依据,并为小苍兰品种分类过程中花色定义提供科学基础。结果表明:根据RHSCC比色卡和色差仪测量结果,可以将20个小苍兰品种初步分成白色系、黄色系、红色系、紫色系4类,聚类分析结果进一步验证了上述根据花色的分类结果,表明二者有着良好的对应性,今后可以结合使用;同时,分析了小苍兰CIELab颜色系统参数分布特点并初步确定了各个色系的表型参数分布范围,相关结果填补了小苍兰花色表型研究的空白。
- Abstract:
- Twenty cultivars of Freesia hybrida were used to measure the characteristics of flower color.Royal Horticultural Society Color Chart (RHSCC) was firstly selected to describe the color and the colorimeter was used to measure the phenotypic value of flower colors.In order to provide the preliminary phenotypic quantitative basis for the genetic relationship judgment of the unknown variety of Freesia hybrida,and provide the scientific background for the definition of flower color in Freesia hybrida cultivar classification.The results showed that based on the results of RHSCC and the colorimeter,20 cultivars of Freesia hybrida were classified into four categories,including white,yellow,red,and purple.The results of the cluster analysis possessing the preferable corresponding to the RHSCC,which further confirmed the above classification.Meanwhile,the feature of CIELab system parameters in 20 freesias were analyzed and the distribution range of flower-color parameters in each distinct group was defined,which will set the basic foundation for the phenotype study of flower color in Freesia hybrida.
